Terms and Conditions (T&C) for the mobile app "Staffando"

1. Scope

(1) These T&C apply to all users of the Staffando App, including:

• Jobseekers
• Employers
• Private employers
• Commercial employers

(2) By registering within the App, the user accepts these T&C as binding.

2. Purpose of the App

(1) Staffando is a digital matching and contact platform that connects employers and jobseekers.

(2) The App enables, among other features: profile creation, job postings, matching, chat, applications, and premium features.

(3) Staffando is not an employment agency in the legal sense and does not mediate or conclude employment contracts.

3. User Accounts and Registration

(1) Use of the App is permitted only for individuals aged 18 or older.

(2) Registration takes place via email/password or third‑party login.

(3) Only one personal account per user is allowed.

(4) Users must provide truthful and current information.

(5) Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared.

4. Premium Features & Pricing Models

4.1 Employer Models:

• Premium subscriptions
• Single job postings
• Renewals
• Boosts
• DirectConnect / ChatLike credits
• Visibility packages

4.2 Jobseeker Premium Models:

• Work & Travel subscription
• Premium profile features
• Visibility enhancements

4.3 Payment:

Payments are processed exclusively through the app stores (Google/Apple) via RevenueCat.

4.4 Right of Withdrawal:

The statutory right of withdrawal expires for digital services once the user explicitly agrees to immediate delivery and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.

5. Matching, Algorithm & AI Functions

5.1 Match Score:

The match score has no legal effect and serves solely as a recommendation.

5.2 Swipe Matching & DirectConnect:

A match occurs when both parties like each other or when an employer sends a ChatLike request accepted by the jobseeker.

5.3 AI‑Generated Texts:

Users must review all AI‑generated text suggestions themselves; Staffando assumes no liability for AI errors.

6. User Conduct

The following actions are prohibited:

• false identities
• offensive or discriminatory content
• spam or advertising
• illegal activities
• uploading copyrighted material without authorization
• technical manipulation or attempts to bypass paid features

7. Content & Rights

(1) Users may upload only content for which they hold sufficient rights.

(2) By uploading content, users grant Staffando a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license for operating the platform.

(3) The license ends upon deletion of the content or account.

8. Availability

Staffando does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific outcomes from the use of the App.

9. Liability

Staffando is liable only for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

No liability is assumed for:

• accuracy of user profiles or job postings
• matching results or employment outcomes
• user behavior or chat communication
• external job feeds
• technical issues beyond Staffando's control

10. Privacy

The current Privacy Policy of the App applies.

11. Termination & Account Deletion

Users may delete their account at any time. Staffando may suspend or delete accounts in case of misuse.

12. Changes to the T&C

Staffando may update these T&C; significant changes will be communicated.

13. Governing Law

German law applies. Jurisdiction for business users: Rostock, Germany.

14. Final Provisions

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
